"As an African-American male," Coburn said, Obama received "tremendous advantage from a lot of these programs."

Just ask the 20+ innocent African American men here in Dallas that have spent more than two decades of their lives in prison for crimes they didn't commit about the "tremendous advantages" of being a Black male in America.
